Life Space Developments are Northampton house builders specialising in bespoke dwellings, social housing and private housing in Northamptonshire.
The company was established in 2005 primarily as a private housing developer in Northampton. LifeSpace are affiliated with the National House Building Council and Construction Line. The houses we build in Northampton are energy efficient and are built up to the latest Code 4 requirements.
Our site development in Northamptonshire have covered house building projects all over the county including all house building design and house build construction from initial drawings through to handover of keys. We specialise in large individual bespoke units including Grade II star listed buildings barn conversions and other iconic properties in the Northampton area.

Lifespace have moved office!! Due to our expanding team we have moved into larger offices in Preston Deanery, Northampton.
Life Space has been awarded their first working drawing package from the South Midlands region of Taylor Wimpey. We now have working relationships with four Taylor Wimpey regions and anticipate a continued association with Taylor Wimpey for the foreseeable future.
Life Space have been given the go ahead to produce the working drawing package for a Taylor Wimpey scheme of 28 bespoke 4, 5 & 6 bedroom houses in Harpenden, Herts.
We are progressing with a 7 storey apartment block (33 units) in Wembley for ASRA Housing Group and completion is due by the end of 2013.
A planning application is to be submitted for 50 dwellings in Wellingborough on behalf of Metropolitan Housing Trust. We are hoping to receive consent early in 2013.
We have handed over Northwood Road to Metropolitan Housing Trust earlier than programmed and to budget. We are nearing completion on 11 units for Midland Heart on Tonmead Road, Northampton. We have started 10 units for Orbit Housing Association on Darnell Way, Northampton.
